We took America’s favorite non-chocolate candy, turned up the heat with Hebron, North Dakota’s Jaydobo brand flavoring, and freeze-dried them to create Spicy ‘Kittles.

A fellow Pride of Dakota member, Jaydobo is the future of flavor. We use Jaydobo on literally everything: eggs, steaks, pizza, pasta, popcorn, love letters—and now candy.

Freeze-drying makes them pop like popcorn and enhances their flavor. Instead of being hard and chewy, ‘Kittles are light and crunchy and incredibly sweet.

Spicy ‘Kittles feature a random mix of strawberry, orange, grape, lemon, & lime flavors—all augmented with Jaydobo’s proprietary mix of habaneros, sweet peppers, and spices to create a truly unique “sweet heat” that’s positively unlike any other flavor-and-texture combination you’ve ever tried. It’s like your tastebuds just got unplugged from The Matrix. Woah.

All Hurt Ridge Candy is freeze-dried to perfection in small batches, packed fresh in a resealable stand-up pouch, with a one-year “best by” shelf life. Store out of direct sunlight in a cool, dry location for optimum quality.

Freeze-dried candy is great for those with braces, fillings, or other dental work and we take great care to ensure high quality control, but always be aware the rare “un-popped” piece can occur with any freeze-dried products.

Founded by Frank and RaeLea Hurt in 2022, Hurt Ridge Candy is made “just outside of Dickinson” in a commercial facility inspected and licensed by the North Dakota Department of Health.
