How to Submit a Support Request

Option 1: Email Us

Send an email to help@hurtridge.com and a support ticket will be created automatically. You’ll receive a confirmation email with your ticket number.

Option 2: Client Portal

Log into your client portal and click “Submit a Ticket.” This lets you track all your requests in one place.

What to Include

The more detail you provide, the faster we can help. Please include:

  • A clear description of what you need or what’s going wrong
  • The page or URL where the issue occurs (if applicable)
  • Screenshots if possible — a picture really is worth a thousand words
  • How urgent it is — is your site down, or is this a “when you get a chance” request?
