Email and Contact Form Troubleshooting

If you’re not receiving emails from your website’s contact form, or customers say they can’t reach you, here are a few things to check before submitting a ticket.

Check Your Spam/Junk Folder

This is the #1 culprit. Website contact form emails sometimes get flagged by spam filters. Check your junk folder and mark any legitimate emails as “not spam.”

Test Your Form

Go to your own website and submit a test message through your contact form. If you receive it, the form is working and the issue may be with a specific sender.

Still Not Working?

If emails genuinely aren’t coming through, submit a support ticket and we’ll investigate. Include:

  • When you last received a form submission successfully
  • Whether the person submitting gets a confirmation message
  • Any error messages they see
