Response Times & Business Hours

We know that when something’s wrong with your website, you want it fixed yesterday. Here’s what to expect.

Business Hours

Monday through Friday, 8 AM – 6 PM Central Time. We’re based in North Dakota, so we run on Central.

Response Times

Standard requests: We’ll acknowledge your ticket within 24 business hours and aim to resolve within 72 hours.

Urgent issues (site down, security breach): We’ll respond as quickly as possible, typically within a few hours — even on evenings and weekends for true emergencies.

Content updates: Simple text or image changes are usually done within 1-2 business days.

What Counts as Urgent?

  • Your website is completely down or showing errors
  • You suspect a security breach or hack
  • A critical business function (online store, booking system) has stopped working
  • You have a time-sensitive launch or deadline

If it’s urgent, put URGENT in your email subject line or ticket title, and we’ll prioritize it.
